I was browsing the new video game releases in the Circuit City weekly ad yesterday, and one item caught my eye. Beside one of the new games there was a highlighted text box that read “Free 16-page game guide with purchase!”

The recent rash of recalls of toys made in China has been all over the news lately. Hardly a week has gone by of late without notice of a new recall. Probably because 70% of toys sold in the US are made in China.
